Having a business space or office that embodies a company’s brand and culture is essential for any corporation. From projects as small as ceiling repairs to major flooring installations, businesses have to carefully think about these changes. In some cases, tenants may request interior remodeling work or specific improvements to make the property meet their business’s needs, and landlords need to make the space clean, repaired, and ready for new clients. The best tenant improvement contractors understand the purpose and cost of the improvement process from the perspective of business owners.
In this list, we have selected the top 25 firms in the country that are known for providing first-rate customer service and completing high-quality tenant improvement projects. The ranking in this list is based on the contractor’s number of awards, press features, the value of projects, customer reviews, and years of experience.
If you are thinking about improving tenant spaces, we recommend checking each builder’s license with the local licensing board, speaking to past clients, and using our bidding system to get competitive quotes from at least 3 contractors. Getting multiple bids is the best way to ensure you get a fair price and that bids include the complete scope of work.
