Completed in collaboration with the professionals over at bdh+young, this project was completed for PepsiCo. This space serves as the brand’s new headquarters on the fifth floor of the Historic Essex Building at Nicollet Mall.

Located in Minneapolis, this project spans over 34,000 square feet and contains two levels. This was completed in collaboration with the experts over at Fennie + Mehl. The space was designed and constructed for Anaplan, a platform made to connect both data and people.


Jorgenson Construction

Jorgensen Construction works throughout Minneapolis and is a family-owned and operated practice. It specializes in commercial construction, renovation, and tenant improvement projects. At the firm’s helm is its founder, Matt Jorgenson. Designed and constructed for the Ovative Group, this project entailed having to work on its extensive renovation and expansion. The project spans over 17,700 square feet. For this, the firm’s team employed open spaces and excellent touches of modern industrial elements.


Welsh Construction

Founded in 1977, Welsh Construction has worked on over 45 million square feet of space and is locally owned and operated. It provides its clients with a comprehensive and complete range of commercial construction services that encompass ground-up new construction projects to all sizes of tenant improvements. The firm is also highly regarded for its expertise in the design-build process. This means that it can keep the entire process in-house, which lessens the additional challenge for clients in terms of having to look for additional subcontractors and professionals. Depicted below is one of the project’s most impressive tenant improvements. 

Located in St. Paul, this project spans over 5,200 square feet. Completed for Ochs, a subsidiary of Securian Financial, the brand works on creative employee benefit solutions for its clients. For this, project Welsh paired up with Tanek Architects and features a new acoustical ceiling tile grid with lights and diffusers, new conference rooms, and cubicles.


Mission Construction

Mission Construction has been in business since 2002 and works out of its office in Minneapolis. The firm is noted for being a boutique company, meaning that it strives to construct no two projects alike. Mission specializes in commercial tenant improvement and new construction projects in the Twin Cities. In terms of design, the company is known for making use of modern and contemporary themes. Featured below is one of the firm’s most impressive tenant improvements. 

Completed and designed for Eagan Car Club, this project spans over 1,500 square feet. For this, the firm worked in close collaboration with KR Design and Vela Creative. For this, the three companies were tasked with having to convert an empty garage into a functional space. It now showcases an all-new meeting area, bathroom, and car lift.


Kellington Construction

Kellington Construction has extended its services throughout Minneapolis and the areas surrounding the Twin Cities since 1989. The company’s team is experienced in every facet of the construction process. This encompasses inception and design all the way to completion and finishing touches. Completed for Martin Williams, a Minneapolis-based advertising company, this project tasked the company with the installation of its millwork, doors, and hardware. It also had to work on its specialty finished rustic metal paneling and artwork. Some other details include its functional floor plan and custom fixtures.

Featured above is the firm’s work for UCare First. This project entailed having to work on its extensive first-floor remodel. Located in an existing 100-year-old building, the project features rich and warm exposed timber with LED lighting.


Fendler Patterson Construction
