The featured project showcases some of the firm’s best work. VERTEX Tenant Improvement was awarded the contract for Independence Plaza, a Class A high rise office building located in downtown Denver. The massive renovation project of the ground floor lobby area required innovative methods to completely remove the floor to ceiling granite fountain encasing the elevator core while keeping the elevator operational and the lobby area accessible to tenants and guests. VERTEX worked closely with the building’s management and design team to keep the site safe, minimize noise and debris, and deliver the project on time and within budget. It features the installation of a new French exterior terracotta rain-screen cladding system, several new facilities, and multiple exterior enhancements.
