In order to mask these joists more creatively, an organic folded ceiling treatment was developed to maximize the volume of the space.


MTFA Architecture

The eight-story building accommodates a large amount of leasable space including a daycare center, an urban park, a luxury fitness center, and teleconferencing rooms.


Wingate Hughes Architects

The black-painted exposed ductwork ceiling neutralizes the four color-branded phone booths perpendicular to the reception area.
