Located in the heart of downtown Bellevue, the project consists of 223 condo units made with only the best high-end Italian materials.


Andersen Construction

Venture General Contracting

Located in Seattle, this project spans 257,000 square feet and was completed in collaboration with Jackson Main. It is an eight-story structure with 398 units. It also has its own double-height parking arage that can contain up to 132 vehicles. The building is a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.


Corstone Contractors

Corstone Contractors works out of its office in Snohomish and offers its clients a full range of general contracting services. It has had the opportunity to work all across the greater Seattle area. It offers commercial general contracting services for new construction, tenant improvements, and remodels. Its experience also encompasses retail, restaurant, veterinary, healthcare, and commercial projects throughout the Pacific Northwest region. 

The chosen project above can be found in Bellevue and showcases the firm’s work for the Bridle Trails Apartments. The property originally housed 92 units and the firm was tasked with working on an 18-unit addition. Its team oversaw everything, including finish carpentry and supervision. It primarily patterned the project’s all-new cabana and pool facility to its prior layout.
