The popular tourist destination has an average of 3,000 hours of sunshine per year, and with more favorable occupancy rates than the national average, Fort Lauderdale is Florida’s second-largest apartment market.

This list includes six of the best multifamily architects in Fort Lauderdale. These architects have been in the industry for at least 25 years, and have built impressive portfolios that showcase their expertise in various commercial and residential projects, which includes condominiums, apartments, and flats. Most of them have received awards from various industry institutions as well as quite a few press features.


Adache Group Architects
