In Greenfield, Indiana stands the Indiana Automotive Fasteners, Inc., building for which Axis was commissioned to design a new front lobby and office space. The $2.2 million project added 294,870 square feet to the existing 698,600-square-foot warehouse building. Completed in 2014, the building’s façade contains a 575-foot-long curtain wall, which provides an abundance of natural light to the new office space. The linear front is also broken up by a curved wall that contains an organic showroom, with limestone and exotic woods.

Peterson Architecture was the team behind the office and warehouse space of Lusco Corporation at their Indiana headquarters. The project required Peterson to build the exteriors and a durable interior capable of housing the specific materials and equipment of the waste management company.

Granite REIT was a returning client for Cripe that hired the firm to design their warehouse in Plainfield, Indiana. They provided the architecture and surveying and also acquired the required certifications for site development.


Curran Architecture

Brooks Running Company sought the services of Curran Architecture to build and design a spacious, accessible, safe, aesthetically pleasing warehouse. Besides the heavy equipment, the space was constructed to include collaborative rooms for the employees and guests while designing the interiors in keeping with the company’s brand and color palettes.


Mussett, Nicholas & Associates, Inc.
