Schuchart

The firm’s founder and CEO, George Schuchart, Jr., started in the industry as a carpenter’s apprentice. Andersen Construction

GenCap Construction Corp.

Irons Brothers Construction

This retro kitchen in Lake Ballinger is a well-known and award-nominated project provided by Irons Brothers Construction. The kitchen was remodeled with a 1950s funky-retro theme. The walls were reframed and the windows were replaced. The remodel involved a diner-style kitchen, matte cabinets, black-and-white tile flooring, and subway tile backsplash. 


Pathway Design & Construction

He is committed to eco-friendly and healthy building practices. Kocharhook is a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), a Master Certified Green Professional (MCGP), and he also maintains a Healthy Homes for Building Professionals Certification.

Wren & Willow is a North Tacoma-based firm that was established in 2008. The firm has experience working on luxury kitchen, bathroom, and whole-house remodeling projects. This 1940s period-style home in Tacoma is a project by Wren & Willow that was completed in 2016. A highlight of the project is the kitchen with a brand new mid-century-themed refrigerator, a fully functional restored stove, and a retro pattern wallpaper. 


Parsons Construction

Parsons Construction started in 1981 and has since gained plenty of experience in the custom home build, remodeling, and commercial markets.
