This featured house was stripped down to its bare bones. The duplex’s awkward floor plan was changed to make a large central living room with a fireplace that faces the entire room. In the kitchen, full custom cabinets with countertops hold Miele appliances without any problems, and the enlarged pass-through to the dining area connects the two rooms well.
