The result is a modern office space with sustainable features that earned the office a LEED-NC Gold certification. The space uses recycled, rapidly renewable, and low-emitting materials. Improved daylighting was applied in the interior, and indoor and outdoor water use was reduced through the efficient plumbing and xeriscaping.
