This 10.33-acre suburban mixed-use complex, with seven buildings, is next to the 71 motorway. Phase one consisted of three buildings totaling 24,600 square feet: a daycare center, a medical office, and a multi-tenant retail structure. The façade features a timeless style with traditional stone veneer and a vintage color scheme.
