WD Construction

919 W Cucharras St. Ste. #100, Colorado Springs, CO 80905

WD Construction is one of the youngest firms on this list. Bill Tibbit established the firm in 2017 and it has invested in a pool of clients who can potentially hire its services again. Founder Tibbit has had various experiences in the construction industry which makes him more than qualified to oversee every project.

The commercial contractor does not have a specific specialization because it can work on a range of projects. A look at its portfolio features recognizable businesses found across Colorado. Some of these establishments are the Roadhouse Cinema, Stellina Little Market, and the Woodmen Valley Chapel. It also has had its share of salon projects like the Blush Dry Bar Salon and Locals Barbershop and Salon. The Blush Dry Bar Salon is a gorgeous space with modern white and gold accents. Adding a golden touch to the industrial lighting fixtures gave a chic contemporary look to the salon.

Wilcox Construction

234 S 5th Ave., Edmonds, WA 98020

Wilcox Construction is one of the earliest commercial builders in Washington. Throughout its years of service, the firm went through many leaderships but remained a trusted commercial contractor in the Western U.S. Regional and local contractors enlist the firm to build private projects like industrial warehouses, wellness centers, and automotive showrooms. One of its impressive establishments was also featured in the weekly Edmonds Beacon paper.

The firm has constructed and designed a number of spas and salons. One of these projects is the Gary Manuel Salon and Spa in Seattle. Large overlooking windows serve as the exterior for the salon but a contemporary wooden sign will catch the attention of any passerby. The wooden elements are still found inside with the workstations made with dark wood. It is also paired with dark brown wooden flooring and industrial light fixtures.

Get Bids For Your Build

If you are thinking about building a beauty salon, we recommend checking each builder’s license with the local licensing board, speaking to past clients, and using our bidding system to get competitive quotes from at least 3 contractors. Getting multiple bids is the best way to ensure you get a fair price and that bids include the complete scope of work.
