A few of the notable amenities of this facility include the gym area, showers, and a spacious break room. The project was completed in under four months and delivered within the $7M budget.

This began when Carl Swenson moved to California in 1912 and started building commercial structures. The team carefully constructed the project to give details of a campus feel with a greenbelt, a common area equipped with barbecues, outdoor fireplaces, areas for social events, and wood decking. This project earned the LEED Silver Certification and LEED Silver Core and Shell award.
